Measuring:

We recommend using a tape measure and measure around your dog's neck to get the best size. Add 1-1.5" to your measurement to ensure the size is comfortable for your dog.

Or loosely measure your dog's neck with soft tape measure, sliding two fingers between the dog's neck and measuring tape. This should give a comfortable collar size for your dog.
